Working with Evermore Care has been a wonderful experience. The team responded to our emergency request for help quickly and continued to be thorough and caring. When my husband had a second stroke, the need for personal home care was vital. The first company we worked with was so spread out, it was a constant turnover of caregivers which made such a drain on me that I am still in therapy. In looking for a local company to fit our needs, I connected with EvermoreCare. The first sign that gave me courage to switch having the head of the company actually visit to evaluate our needs. They have strived diligently to provide consistent service where I actually get respite. John’s caregivers are professional but personally concerned for his wellbeing. His environment, his skin, his meals and clothes are no longer a stress. Looking forward to the arrival of the day’s server is part of each morning. It’s been close to 18 months and I know that Evermore is the best local care for us.

The caregiver who comes and takes care of my mom is absolutely a gem. She is worth her weight in gold. Not only does she do simple tasks for my mom, and meet her personal care needs; she also talks with mom and encourages her to do things to help with her everyday life and encourages her to be mentally active. This beautiful lady cannot be replaced. She is a wonderful augmentation to the family care we provide, and her advice (she is a professional caregiver with a great deal of experience in memory care) has really helped not just mom, but all of us in our family as we try to make mom’s senior years comfortable, clean and safe.

This place is awful. The Personal Care Assistant they provided was rude, angry, and abrasive to my mother and began to boss her around. She called to interview for another job while on the clock. When my parents called Nasima Asfari, she told my mom, “you are giving me so many problems” and she “didn’t want to hear anything against the PCA.” Then she called me on Thanksgiving Day at 10pm instead of handling the matter directly with my dad. In the end, they fired the PCA, confirming she was not qualified in the first place. They are completely unprofessional and incompetent.

Although we did not require Mona’s services for very long, we would like to thank her very much. She is a very patient and caring person. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is need of home care.

EMC was very accommodating and sensitive to our needs. Additionally EMC’s response time is excellent at all hours, usually within 30min. The care staff are very compassionate and follow special care instructions to the letter.

I am so thankful for this company. For a second time they provided aids for me at last minute. Notice. They were exceptionally hard to find me help, knowing I only needed 2 two hour shifts daily Which very few companies will do four hour minimum put split into two. I am very grateful as I really needed the help at the last minute.
